At a school, I showed my calligraphy (书法) to over 30 kids. I read the words and explained them. They liked it very much.In Zimbabwe, I found my calligraphy was important to cultural(文化的) exchanges (交流). At a forum (论坛), we took part in some activities with many artists. When my teammates sang" Welcome to Beijing", I created four calligraphy works (作品). At the end of the song, I showed my calligraphy works. People liked them very much.

The central axis runs through the center of Beijing. It is 7.8kilometers long. At the northern end (端点) are the Bell and DrumTowers, and at the southern end is the Yongding Gate. It is the world's longest city central axis. And it's the best-loved icon(标志) of the ancient capital.

* People started building the Beijing Central Axis in the 13th century and finished it in the16th century. There are buildings on both the east and west sides. They are symmetric (对称的) and beautiful.

The Beijing Central Axis is very important. It is a symbol (象征) of Beijing. It shows the history and culture of China. We should protect it.
