Hello, I'm Tom. I had a nice day. I got up just before 6 o'clock this morning. I went to my friend Lily's house to meet her. Then we went to the train station. We got on the train to Hong Kong at 8: 30 a.m. We arrived in Hong Kong at the train station at 10: 30 a.m. We went to Tsim Sha Tsui first to go shopping and had a big lunch. I was so hungry! After lunch Lily and I went to Hong Kong Island. Then we went on a bus to go to Ocean Park. We travelled around the park on a cable car (缆车). I was very afraid but it was fun! We were there for four hours. We watched the sea animals.

After visiting Ocean Park we had dinner at the Peak (山顶). From the Peak you can see the great view(风景)of Hong Kong. It is very beautiful at night time because we can see all the beautiful city lights. When we finished dinner, Lily and I went back to the train station by bus so we could travel back to Guangzhou. I was very tired.

We got back home very late at night but I felt very happy.

My name is Xiaoling. My hometown (家乡) is in a small village in Guangxi. Last week, I went back to the village to see my grandfather. I found many changes of my hometown. The road was narrow (狭窄的) and dirty before. But now it is wide and clean. There was no shop in the village. People had to go a long way to buy things. But now there are some small stores and a supermarket. There are so many trees on the hills near the village. But there were only a few before. And the river beside the village is clean now, but it was dirty before. My grandfather was strong and healthy before. But he is weak (瘦弱的) and thin now. I should go back home to see him more often and buy him more good food.

Mike is a teacher. He goes to school  and goes back home late every day. He thinks it's  to stay with his students. He has lessons with his students in the morning. He has lunch with his students at noon. He plays sports with his students in the afternoon. He often says to the children, "Be  when you play sports. Don't get hurt." After school, Mike and his students clean the classroom together. They try to keep the classroom clean and . Mike enjoys the time with his students. He likes his  life very much.
