Once there lived a wise man who was respected  by  everyone. His  son, however, was very lazy and did nothing all day and all  . The wise man was worried about his son's future. One day, he said to his son, "There was some treasure in a faraway place. I want you to find alone. I  have  drawn a map to guide you." Then he handed his son a bag. Inside the bag were clothes, some food, a little money and the map.

His son set out on his long journey the next day. Sam is a boy from Xi'an.He is a middle school student and his school life is very(interested).He goes to  school Monday to Friday.He has four lessons in the morning.The (one) lesson begins at 8:00.In the afternoon,he has English,music and some other (subject).Music is (he)favourite.

But this change does not come (easy)—a large number of workers may find themselves without jobs if a car factory closes down.And the problem of air pollution would become (important)than that of unemployment.

English schools begin in September after a long summer holiday.There are two terms in a school year.The first term is from September to January,and the second term is from February to June.Most English children begin to go to school when they are five years old.When they finish high school,they are seventeen or eighteen years old.

High school students take five or six subjects each term.They go to different classrooms to have classes every day,and they have homework for every class.After class,they do a lot of interesting things.After high school,many students go to college.They usually have to pay a lot of money.So they have to work after class to get money for their studies.
