Mrs. Murphy had been working as a cafeteria (自助餐厅) employee at Cypress Valley School for four years and there was no job in the whole world that she loved more than that. She saw that the young girl went in the opposite direction of the school after class, which led to a deserted neighborhood. "Why would she go there after school?" The elderly woman wondered as she followed the girl, taking care not to be noticed.

After a couple of minutes, she noticed the girl was walking into an alley (胡同) where a small boy sat on the ground. The girl smiled and approached the boy. "Claire! I'm here!" The boy looked up at the girl and smiled warmly. "I've got some food for you, David!" She said, sitting on her knees and opening her backpack. The boy enjoyed the other half of meal. The fine scene was too wonderful to be ruined. And Mrs. Murphy firmly believed that she had to do something to help them.

China's space exploration has been helping unlock a deeper understanding of the universe, from Mars the infinite universe.

Wang Yaping has become the first Chinese woman (perform) a spacewalk. Wang's dream of becoming astronaut was inspired by Yang Liwei's 2003 space flight. However, sometimes, it's only a matter of priorities and making time for the things that matter the most, such as exercising to keep your body physically and mentally fit.

This is specifically important when you feel that the routines that you are performing are becoming too easy for you, or simply when you get tired of doing the same set of exercises daily. For example, if you are already tired of doing push-ups, why not try to do something different?

Don't forget a self-care routine. You need to focus on your mental health as well. If you feel good mentally, the positive energy will spread physically. In this case, you will be healthier.

This behavior is nothing new. In fact, binge-watching has been officially listed in dictionaries since 2015. The entertainment companies recognize this behavior and many take steps to encourage it. Often, instead of releasing each episode on a week-by-week basis, an entire series will become available concurrently. Once the episode finishes, many platforms will display pop-ups with "you might like" suggestions, or will automatically play the next episode.

However, recent research suggests that out of the more than half of British adults who watch more than one episode of a show back-to-back (一集接一集地), almost a third have admitted missing sleep or becoming tired as a result; and 25% have neglected their household chores (家务活). Next we'll be missing work!

Bingeing has other connections — binge eating, binge drinking and binge smoking. All of them are often associated with a lack of control and a possible route to addiction. Lindsey Fussell, consumer group director, said, "The days of waiting a week for the next episode are largely gone, with people finding it hard to resist (抗拒) watching multiple episodes around the house or on the move." If people find binge-watching hard to resist, are we witnessing the birth of a new type of addiction?

The countless number of information and entertainment that television and online media can bring us is, many would say, a good thing. However, when the activity begins to bleed into other areas, causing us to stop functioning, then it becomes a problem. So, what's the answer? Moderation! Neither a tiny amount, nor too much. After all, as the old proverb says, "A little of what you fancy does you good."
