Whenever we turn on the TV or radio, read the newspapers and surf the Internet, we'll see the word "diet". We have so (easy) been attracted by the promise of diet products that we have stopped thinking about what diet products are doing to us. We are paying for products do bad things to us physically and psychologically.

Diet products weaken us physically. The so-called diet foods and pills, (contain) a large amount of chemicals, can indirectly harm our (body). Having them instead of healthy foods (mean) we are stopping our bodies having basic nutrients.

The danger that diet products bring not only lies in the physical effects they have us, but also in the psychological harm they cause. They allow us (jump) over the thinking stage that our weight problems are not about losing the weight, but about controlling the intake of fat. All we have to do is to recognize the word "diet" on food labels. Every time we have zero-calorie drink, we are telling (we) that we don't have to work to get results, thus making people believe gain comes without pain and that life can be without doing exercises.

Losing weight lies in the power of minds, not in the power of chemicals. Think twice before buying diet products. Once we realize this, we will be much (well) able to resist diet products, and therefore, prevent the physical and psychological harm that comes from using them.

However, one little boy was having2 with the task. Cameron was with autism (自闭症), but that didn't3 to me or his classmates. We all loved him just the way he was. I sat and watched Cameron, together with another little boy Austin, working4 their drawings attentively. Within a few minutes, Cameron began5 and then coloring.

Cameron immediately stood up, and put his arms up in the air as if he were going to14, yelling out, "I'm Superman!" The entire class began striking Superman's poses, too. Within minutes, we were all laughing as though we had truly discovered the secret of becoming15.

Set a goal.

The best way to achieve your desires is to set a goal. Sometimes we find ourselves "spinning our wheel", struggling through a day-to-day routine that isn't getting us anywhere because we don't know where we want to go.Whatever the case is, figure out your goal and make sure your current action are helping to achieve it.

Have a vision.

Setting goals is important but isn't enough to drive you to the finishing line.How will you feel? Why is it worthwhile to follow these goals and not some other ones? If goals are the final result of a journey, your vision(愿景) is the fuel to get you there.



Whether you regard yourself as a towering tree or a blade of grass, or whether you think you are a high mountain or a small stone, you represent a state of nature that has its own reason of existence. If you truly admire yourself, you'll be courageous.

There is no better time to begin than now. You can make a bunch of excuses that you'll start when more experienced or richer.No matter what dream or desire you have, you are likely not to have more time in your life to make it happen.

But why did they give up flight? Why don't all birds fly? The ability to fly is especially useful for running away from predators (捕食者) and traveling long distances in search of food and favorable living conditions. However, flight requires a lot of energy; birds burn about 75% more energy each day than equally sized mammals do.

"If flight isn't necessary, birds can better survive and reproduce if they use that energy elsewhere," Natalie Wright, an associate professor of biology at Kenyon College in Ohio, told Live Science in an email.

In a 2016 paper published in the journal PNAS, Wright and her colleagues noted that birds living on islands, facing few or no predators and less competition for food and habitat, tend to become flightless.

"When living on an island without predators and without the need to migrate or travel long distances, for many kinds of birds the costs of flight outweigh the benefits," Wright said. "Although flightless birds are uncommon today, fossils show that they were far more common and various a few thousand years ago," Tim Blackburn, a professor of invasion biology at University College London, told Live Science in an email. However, the arrival of humans and animals like rats and dogs exposed these birds to predators.

A 2020 study co-authored by Blackburn and published in the journal Science Advances found that there would be four times as many flightless bird species on Earth today if it were not for human-driven extinctions.

Driven by curiosity, I immediately asked Suno to create some pop songs. I must admit, it's very user-friendly for music amateurs (业余爱好者) and beginners. Additionally, since AI lacks real-life experiences, the lyrics it create are too common, lacking specific scenes or images that make you feel present in the moment.

But this doesn't mean AI is useless in music creation. Some music influencers have used Suno to make a song, drawn inspiration from it, and transformed it into something unique, resulting in catchy and personalized music.

In conclusion, platforms like Suno can be useful tools for making music to meet simple needs. However, it is human creativity and unique ideas that fill songs with emotion and make them memorable. This is why we should appreciate and respect the work of real musicians.

As one of the major local operas, Lyuju Opera was put on China's National Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2008. "During festivals, villages in my hometown would stage operas. On Tiktok, he has nearly 30,000 fans, many of whom are local people, and a large number of young people are attracted to it. He shared his own performances and those of his daily life of training, which received a lot of attention and praise.

In fact, Lyuju Opera still has a very large elderly audience in many areas of Shandong. Liu said, "Today, the attraction of Lyuju Opera in Boxing county is still very strong. Performances may not need the top stage, or even a stage, they occur in the local communities, hidden in every corner of Boxing."
