Do you know about PE class in Canada? It's 1 from that in China. Let me tell you about it. 

I have my PE class every 2 from 8:40 to 10 a.m. When the class begins, we need to run around the school to warm up. It not only makes us feel full of 3 but also keeps us from getting hurt. Then, the teacher tells us 4 to do next in a clear way. 

We often 5 half an hour in the weight room (举重室). There is lots of equipment (器材) to 6 our muscles (肌肉). After that, 7 may do yoga (瑜伽) or join the boys to play interesting ball games. If we are tired and don't want to move, we can just sit there and enjoy the nice sunshine. 

If the teacher lets us stay inside 8 rain or snow, we will play badminton, basketball or tennis in the gym (体育馆). At the end of class, we have a short written 9 about sports rules with 20easy questions. We also have skill tests, like a team match or some movements (动作). 

I really enjoy PE class in Canada. It's never 10 .

School clubs are important. Students can learn and have fun in them. Here are some fun clubs in No.5 Middle School.

Of all the clubs in my school, I like the Hanfu Club best and I'm in it now. 

At school, my favorite subject is Chinese. I can learn about Chinese history, geography and culture (文化). After school, I can also learn a lot in the Hanfu Club. There are many activities in the club. First, we have a discussion (讨论) every Tuesday afternoon. We talk about the hanfu in TV plays. Every Friday afternoon, we have a hanfu-making class. We can make hanfu in the class. 

There is a festival for all hanfu lovers (爱好者) on November 22nd. On this big day, we wear hanfu to the streets and parks. In December, we have a big party before New Year's Day. Girls and boys in our club dance and sing old songs. We all wear very beautiful hanfu at the party. 

Now many people love hanfu. We are happy to wear hanfu. We want more people to love hanfu and Chinese culture.

Everyone has hobbies. Some like singing, some love playing ball games, and others enjoy drawing. In our school, clubs help us turn these hobbies into fun activities. 

Sports Club is full of energy (活力). After class, we run on the playground and play football. Many boys love playing basketball here. Girls enjoy ping-pong too.  We learn to work with teammates.

 We draw pictures of our village- green fields, big trees, and little rivers. Sometimes we make paper flowers or fold paper boats. Our teacher says, "Your hands can make beautiful things." It's true!

 We can sing our favorite songs with friends-we don't have to be great at it. We can also try easy instruments like the guitar or drums, and our teachers will help us to learn. We even play fun music games and make short songs together.

 They let us do what we love and make new friends. Come join a club—you'll find your happiness here!

Now, students have more time to do something interesting after school. But what do you like to do? Stay at home  play computer games? Let's see some other things you can do. 

In China, more students like different kinds of clubs at school. They can help students to make new  (friend) and learn a lot. If (如果) you like basketball, you can join the sports club. If you want  (learn) how to sing, the music club  (be) a great place. Do you love  (China) food? Join the food club! Everyone  (meet) in a restaurant, shares (分享) their favorite dishes and tastes (品尝) them. After that, you need to clean up  table.
