Satellite tracking technology is also very useful for protecting migratory animals, such as cranes and whales. Workers set small trackers on these animals, and the satellites can follow their migration routes and record their stopover places. If the animals enter dangerous areas, workers can take action to help them in time. In addition, blockchain（区块链） technology is used to stop the illegal trade of wildlife products, and it can record the source of animal products and make the unlawful trade more traceable.

The finless porpoise (江豚) is a kind of small whale that lives in the Yangtze River. It is one of the most endangered animals in China. There are only about 1,000 finless porpoises left in the wild.

Finless porpoises are friendly and smart. They have round heads and no dorsal fins( 背鳍), which makes them different from other whales. They feed on fish and shrimp. They can swim very fast and often jump out of the water to breathe.

However, the finless porpoise is in great danger. The main reasons are water pollution and overfishing. Factories pour waste water into the Yangtze River, which makes the water dirty. Overfishing reduces the number of fish that porpoises eat. Also, the construction of dams (大坝) changes their living environment.

To protect the finless porpoise, the Chinese government has taken many measures. For example, it has set up nature reserves (保护区) along the Yangtze River. Fishing is not allowed in these areas. Also, stricter rules are made to stop water pollution. Scientists are also studying the porpoises to learn more about their behavior and how to protect them.

Everyone can do something to help. We should not throw rubbish into rivers. We can also tell our friends and family about the importance of protecting the finless porpoise. Let's work together to save this lovely animal.

Don't use shаrk рroducts. Shаrk liver оil is usеd in maу populаr cosmеtiсs(化妆品). pеt fооds, vitamins, enеrgу drinks аnd leathеr gоods can аlsо be madе frоm shаrk pаrts. Аnd shаrk mеat is sоld аround the wоrld, sometimеs undеr misleading nаmеs such аs rосk sаlmon or whitefish. Most sharks killed worldwide are only killed for their fins, which are used to make shark fin soup. The process is terrible: Fishermen cut the shark's fins off and then throw the shark back into the water, still alive. Then the shark dies slowly, sometimes over several days. Sharks breathe by swimming, so a shark that can't swim will die. 

Sharks often die because they become tangled(缠绕)in nets for catching other kinds of fish. If you eat seafood, make sure it comes from right fisheries that care for the oceans. Many organizations try to protect sharks. They can teach you about these animals and give more advice on how to keep them alive. These organizations also need your support to continue protecting these important animals. 

Plants are our friends, even the tiniest grass. It's hard to imagine living without plants. Plants make our world more  (live). They provide us with oxygen, food, and even  (material) like bamboo. We use these to make furniture, paper and more. Without plants, life on earth would be  (possible). They play an important role in our world.

One fantastic process (过程) in plants is pollination. Bees, butterflies, and even the wind help plants reproduce (繁殖) by (carry) pollen from one flower to another. This is crucial (至关重要的) for the  (grow) of fruits and seeds. In order to live, plants need protection from pests and harsh weather. Some plants have special ways to protect  (them), like thorns or bitter-tasting leaves.

Crested Ibises(朱鹮) are one of the oldest birds in the world. They have been on earth for about 60 (百万) years. There were once (普通的) in Asia. But in the 1960s, they were in (危险) because they couldn't find enough food to eat. Soon it became hard to see them.

Some Chinese scientists were worried about this. They spent several years looking for them in most (地区) in China. At last, in May 1981, Liu Yinzeng and his team found seven (野生的) crested ibises in Hanzhong, Shaanxi. "That night, I saw a crested ibis flying across the sky. It was really (令人激动的). Finally, we (发现) another six crested ibises," Liu said.

The team then started studying and (保护) them. With their help, the number of crested ibises is becoming larger in China, (尤其) in Shaanxi. Now the population of crested ibises is (超过) 7,000. There are about 5,000 alone in Shaanxi.
