What do you think of exercise? Like food,it's very important to people. Doctors say doing sports is good for people. Sports can help people to be healthy. 

Parents must tell their children to exercise often because exercise is very useful to them. Exercise makes children healthy. At the same time, it can help to make children clever. This helps them to be good at their subjects and do many things very well. 

There are many easy ways to exercise. You can walk, run, swim or ride a bike. Or you can play ball games like soccer,basketball and tennis. Choose one of your favorite sports to exercise. When you take exercise,you need to know what you are doing. And don't exercise too much at a time. 

There are many places for you to exercise. You can play sports at your school,in your home or even at the gym. You can play sports at any safe(安全的)place you like. 

Exercise gives you amusement. It can make you happy. It's great to exercise with friends. And after a sports game,you can make some new friends. 

On February 25th, 2025, new elderly care （养老护理）robots were shown to people. These robots help old people in many ways and make their lives easier and happier. 

In daily life, the robots can remind old people to take medicine. They walk beside those who have trouble moving. Sensors help them know if someone is unsteady and stop falls. Some robots can even go outside, like walking in the park or shopping nearby, using navigation. 

Loneliness（孤独） is a big problem, but these robots are good friends. They talk with old people, tell stories like fairy tales or history, and chat about weather, news, or TV shows. This makes old people feel less lonely and keeps their minds active. 

The robots also do small jobs. They pick up dropped things like books or glasses. For housework, they dust low places, fold clothes, or sweep floors. This helps old people keep their homes clean without getting too tired. 

In the future, robots may watch health better. They could check heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature. If something is wrong, they can call family or doctors. They might even help with medical tasks like dressing wounds with a doctor's help. 

As technology improves, making robots will cost less. More families can buy them, leading to better quality. With an aging population, these robots will become very important in society. 

In June, 2024, China started a three-year plan(计划)called"Weight Management(管理) Year". Its goal is to help people lose their weight and live a healthy life.  . 

Walk more often. . It's an easy way to move your body. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day. This easy exercise can help you stay healthy. 

   You can choose activities like playing basketball or badminton. Ask your friends to join you. Spend one hour playing together three times a week. You'll have fun and stay fit at the same time. 

Try dancing. Put on your favourite music and dance at home.  . Dancing makes exercise feel like a party, and it's great for losing weight. 

The "Weight Management Year" is a great plan for our health. Let's work together to make it!

In Guangdong, most people like to start a day with morning tea in a teahouse(茶馆). For them, it is the most important 1 of the day. 

In fact, having Guangdong morning tea is not only drinking a cup of tea. It's also about eating many 2 snacks called "dim sum"(点心), such as rice noodle rolls (肠粉), chicken feet, shrimp dumplings (虾饺), and so on. For tea, Tieguanyin and Pu'er are the very 3  ones.

In the forest , there lives a cute fox with a long tail . One day , the fox plays  its good friend , the giraffe. The giraffe has a very long . It is so tall that it can eat  on the highest trees . They meet a rabbit who gets lost. The rabbit is small and looks funny when jumping around. It feels scared  it sees a scary snake moving quietly on the ground . The snake has a colourful body but is not . The fox asks the rabbit ," Why are you here ?  is your home ?" The rabbit answers ," I don ' t know where to go . " The fox says ," Don ' t worry. We will help you. " The animals in the forest have a culture of helping another. The giraffe carries the rabbit on its back to look for its home . They see many beautiful things in the , like trees with trunks as big as whales. Together, they  the rabbit from getting lost. The story teaches us that being kind and looking  each other is important. Even if something wild or scary, we should try to understand and help when we can. 

There are many rules for Jane. She thinks some of them are good. At home, she must get up at 6:00 a. m. She has to make her bed. At school, she can't be late for school. She can't run in the hallways, and she can't eat in class. All these rules are okay because they're good for her. 

But there are some rules Jane doesn't like. At home, she can't watch TV on weekends. She must do her homework all the time. She must read a book after dinner and she can't talk with friends on WeChat. On school days she has to wear the school uniform and she can't wear jeans. But she likes jeans because she thinks they are cool. She can't listen to music in the art class, but she thinks listening to music in the art class is okay.
