If you want to invite friends to a party, you'd better send them invitations. This is a good way to show your respect. Here are some ways of inviting friends to your party. 

Mailed Invitation  The most traditional way to invite your friends is to mail(邮寄)invitations. You need to write down all the information about the party, such as the time, place, clothes to wear, things to bring, phone number and so on. 

Online InvitationYou can invite friends to a party through the Internet. You can buy some online invitations, put pictures and videos in the online invitations and then e-mail them to your friends. 

Phone CallIf you want to save more time, you can just make a phone call. In this way, you can tell them more about your party. And you can hear if they are interested in the party. 

In-person(亲自的)InvitationAn in- person invitation can let you talk to your friends about the party and know their interests (兴趣). But when you talk to your friends, you may forget some information. So you'd better prepare an invitation for them , too. 

All over the world people enjoy sports. Sports help to keep people healthy and happy and to live longer. 

Sports change with the seasons. People play different games in winter and summer. Swimming is fun in warm weather, but skating is good in winter. 

Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread(传播) around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. 

Some sports or games have a history of so many years, like running and jumping. Chinese Wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are quite new. People are inventing(发明）new sports or games all the time. Rock climbing is one of the newest ones in the family of sports. 

People from different countries may not understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a person's character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair(公平地), to win without pride and to lose with grace. 

Happiness plays a special role in our life. It can make us energetic(充满活力的). Are you happy? Do you want to be happy every day? . 

Be confident(自信的). Every morning when you wake up and look at yourself in the mirror, what will you do? . Don't always think that you are worse than others. You can be the best in the world. 

Smile.When you have problems, what will you do? Are you often unhappy because of the problems? If you don't want them to take away your life, please smile. . 

Talk to others.Being alone isn't always nice. You should talk to your friends or your family. .  Open your heart to the world, and you will find the world is more colorful than you think.

The night before the first day of it is called "New Year's Eve". On New Year's Eve, families have a big dinner and they often stay up late to welcome the new year. Dumplings are the most traditional food. People usually fill some of dumplings with silver dollars（银元） . 58. The person who eats the dumplings with silver dollars will make a lot of money and have good lucks in the coming year. 

Children like this festival a lot, because they can wear new clothes  and have delicious food . They can also get some money from their elders. The money is given to children for good luck.
