Our club has some new lessons for people from fifty to sixty-five years old. Do you want to take them?

In Jayda's family, there is a special tradition（传统）—Grandmother needs to make a piece of clothing（衣服）as her grandchildren's twelfth birthday gift. And the clothing must be in the child's favorite colour. 

Time flies, and Jayda's twelfth birthday comes. On that day, Jayda gets up early and goes to visit her grandmother. Jayda spends an hour walking there. When she walks into the house, her grandmother says, "Happy birthday, my kid! I want to make you a skirt for your twelfth birthday. What color do you like best?"

Jayda thinks for a while and says, "Grandma, how can I pick just one? I love the colors of the rainbow（彩虹）! Red is the colour of love and luck. When I wear（穿）red, I feel like I'm the best of the world. Orange makes me feel warm and comfortable（舒服的）. When I wear orange, I feel like I'm right at home. Yellow makes me want to be a child forever. When I wear yellow, a sense of happiness comes to me. Green is the color of life. When I wear green, I feel relaxed. Blue is the colour of sea and sky. It's quiet but strong. When I wear blue, I feel free. Purple is the colour of the wisdom. When I wear purple, I feel I become smart. "

Hearing this, the grandmother says, "I know what to do now. Just wait for me here!" Hours later, she comes back with a rainbow-coloured skirt in her hand. Jayda is so happy. "Wow! I have a skirt with the colors of the rainbow now!"

Li Wei is a student in Grade 7. He makes a timetable for this term. The timetable is important to him because it helps him arrange（安排）his school days well. Here is what his daily life is like on school days.

So how can a timetable help students? First of all, it can help them improve their health. Some students have no time for a good breakfast or doing exercise. Also, it's difficult for them to get up early because they don't go to bed early. But we all know these are important parts of a healthy life. With a timetable, these students can do them well even when they are busy with their schoolwork. Second, a timetable can help them do more things in one day. It plans time for different things, so they know what to do at different times. Then they can make good use of their time and finish more things. Li Wei is a good example for this. 

Some students find it difficult to keep a timetable. But when you do the same activities every day, they become your habits（习惯）at last. Why not have a try to make a timetable for yourself?

Do you like staying at home or playing outside? If you like playing with friends outside, you should follow some nature manners（规矩）. 

No littering（乱扔垃圾）

Juice tastes nice when you get tired in a park. But juice boxes do not look nice there. They are bad for the environment（环境）. If you play in the park next time, do not leave litter in nature. 

Put all of your litter in it. If you see others litter, pick it up. 

Say no to graffiti（涂鸦）

As art, graffiti looks nice. But graffiti is not a good way to have fun in nature. 

Nature is for all of us to enjoy. Don't do anything to destroy（破坏）it. Leave it as it is. 

Just look with your eyes

It is nice to see animal friends in nature. 

So do not touch（触摸）them. And don't feed them. It may not be good for them. Because they may have difficulty feeding themselves in the wild. 

You are not the only one in nature, so please be nice to other visitors. If you listen to music, use the earphone（耳机）. If your pet is also there, keep it near you all the time. 

Hobbies make our lives interesting. My life becomes interesting because of artistic swimming（花样游泳）. It is a very beautiful and 1 sport. It puts swimming, dance and music together. Do you know that it has another 2 "water ballet（芭蕾）"? Our school has an artistic swimming team（队）. And it has 123 and I am one of them We are all Grade 7 students. 

Let me tell you 4 we practise（练习）every time. We meet at the school swimming pool（泳池）at 4:30 p. m. and then 5 about 1, 000 meters in the pool to warm up.6 that, we practise artistic swimming with the help of our teachers.

Hernando displays（展示）his books outside the door of his house for more than twenty years. Over the years, his books have grown greatly thanks to warm-hearted donors（捐赠者）. Speaking of the donors, Hernando said, "They just leave boxes of books outside my house. I don't even know who they are. " Hernando has also started giving away（捐赠）books himself. He sends books to public schools in far-away places. 

"My job is to give away used books to others and to promote education（促进教育）through books, " Hernando said.
