It is good for kids to work as a team. Teaching kids teamwork can help them to enjoy spending time with other people, work together, and solve different problems in school and in their lives. 

When kids take part in team sports and help with household chores, they can develop teamwork skills. Even simply being in a family means working in a team! Through these activities, teamwork can teach them how to lead and how to work together. 

It is not easy for kids to share work. There should be different ways to teach kids to enjoy teamwork. 

Good family communication is a key. All ideas are important. Parents should tell their kids they will always think about their kids' ideas. Household chores are a good way to work as a team, especially when several brothers or sisters live together in the same house. Parents can also use physical competitions to help their kids understand working as a team can be fun! 

Parents should teach their kids to trust both the group and themselves. For shyer kids, tell them they are as important as any other member of the group. For more outspoken kids, tell them a good team needs all to be working hard, to achieve the goals of the group.

The movie retells a traditional Chinese story but in a modern way. Ne Zha becomes a hero who fights for himself. His famous line, "I decide my own fate(命运)," matches today's values and shows his strong spirit. This proves(证明) old stories can stay important if we make them fresh. 

The film looks amazing with special effects(特效). Over 4, 000 people worked on it, creating over 1,900 special scenes. New technology and creative ideas helped bring the story to life. 

Many Chinese animation companies worked together on Ne Zha 2. Each company did what it did best, like designing characters or making action scenes look real. This teamwork helps China's animation industry (产业) grow and shows how collaboration can help all to success. 

In short, Ne Zha 2 is more than a movie——it is a big step for the Chinese animation. It shares China's culture with the world and shows confidence (信心) in its stories. By mixing tradition with new (启发) future generations. ideas, Chinese films can stay alive and inspire 

Kelly is the star of her soccer team. She kicks a lot of goals. She's a good runner, too. She practices every day. 

One day, a new girl named Selena joined the team. "She looks like a good player," whispered Kelly's friend Tara. Kelly was worried. She was the star of her soccer team. She wanted to be the best! 

It was training time. The players had to run around the field. "On your mark, get set, go!" shouted Coach. 

"I can beat her. I can win," said Kelly. Kelly ran as fast as possible, but Selena sprinted ahead. She won the race! Kelly was angry. She did not like Selena. 

The next day, they played a game. Selena was the goalkeeper on Kelly's team. She blocked a goal! She threw the ball to Kelly. Kelly kicked it down the field. Then she ran all the way to the other end and scored a goal. Their team won! 

Afterwards, Selena and Kelly talked together. "That was a great goal, Kelly!" said Selena. "Our team can win when we work together. We can be the best." 

"I agree!" said Kelly. "You're a great player. Do you want to come to my house later? We can practice together." 

Cooperation has got attention in many schools, possibly because good teamwork spirit is of great importance to successful groups. It is believed that doing team sports is the best way to teach cooperation. In the team environment, members need to communicate with each other, which can prepare students for both schoolwork and future jobs. It can also encourage students to follow team rules. Students are more likely to help each other as well. Teamwork spirit is not born but built. Here are things you can do to improve teamwork spirit: 

▲ Communicate well with each other When you're meeting together, let everyone speak and listen to each other carefully. Ask them questions to get them to talk so that everyone can communicate well with each other. 

▲Work together on projects Let everyone help make decisions about the project. Decide the team goal and divide the project into steps. Celebr ate every win as a win for the whole team. 

▲Build trust and respect (尊重) It's okay to do something wrong, but bravely say sorry to make the situation better. This helps build trust in your team. Respect others' work and encourage everyone to do better. 

Much of the work in today's world is completed in teams. For students, team sports, singing in a chorus (合唱队) and joining in the unpaid community service are the ways to learn about cooperation. 

One of the most important things in the world is friendship. In order to have friends, you have to be a friend. 

Listen to them.

 Don't talk too much if they don't ask you a question. Sometimes it's not necessary for you to have something to say, They just need someone to talk to about their feelings. 

Be there for them.

 If you don't want to stay with your friends when they' re in hard times, you don't deserve(值得) to be with them when they' re having a good time!

Make plans with them.

Try to make plans with your friends. Go shopping, go to a movie and so on. Take time to know each other even better by doing something you enjoy.  And you'll still keep these things in mind when you' re old!

I used to hate being asked to do something in class because I didn't like attention drawn to myself. I always chose to sit at the1 of the classroom.

In China, schools usually have  10-minute break between classes. Sometimes, students can't go outside for safety. That's to say, they might not get enough outdoor time. But this autumn, some cities are changing that.

Beijing, Tianjin and Qingdao make breaks 5 minutes   (long) than before to help students get more exercise and fresh air. In Beijing, this hasn't changed the school day much for younger kids, but middle school students finish a bit later.
