 Sometimes coding cannot always work the way you want it to. Then, we can use AI for help. AI can help write or rewrite new texts for some website pages. But it is not a good idea to depend on it. A good website designer needs to be creative and explore new skills.

 Teenagers in our community between 10 to 15 can come. Our classes can let you learn more skills on the computer. You will have an interesting life during the holiday.

A recent study in a British medical magazine shows that many kinds of foods we enjoy, such as chips, cookies, and ice cream, are all ultra-processed (超加工的). What are ultra-processed foods(UPFs)? In short, we can't re-create them in our kitchen. They are usually made in factories. They have long lists of additives (添加剂)— some we may never have heard of.

 The study shows that people may strongly crave such food. We usually can't stop eating it, or we may feel sad. But why do UPFs make us want to keep eating them all the time? Usually, natural foods are either high in sugar or high in fat. UPFs, however, are usually high in both. It makes us feel happier and want to eat more.

 It is said that 14 percent of adults and 12 percent of children crazily love UPFs. However, they cause problems to people's health around the world. Eating too many UPFs will lead to poor diet and increase the risks of serious illness. For example, UPFs lovers are more likely to get heart disease and certain cancers.

 Governments are taking action right now. Some governments put taxes (税) on sugary drinks to make them more expensive, so fewer people will buy them. This idea can be used on the UPFs as well. Besides, in order to let people know the dangers of UPFs, these kinds of companies arc required to print out the additives on their products. Finally, governments are asking companies to use less unhealthy additives in UPFs so that the food can be made healthier.

Two students were asked to meet their teacher at the end of a forest. There were two paths. One was short and easy, and  other full of fallen trees. One student chose the easy one. He felt he was clever as he walked through without  . He finished first and felt proud of  . The second student chose to take time to jump over every fallen tree in his path. After  at the finish line, he felt tired and regretted choosing that path. The teacher nodded and smiled at them both. He asked them to get a prize by a river three days later.

 When the students arrived, they were  to hear that they needed to jump over a river which was a few meters wide. The teacher said, "Everything that you have done until now should have prepared you for this moment. This is a jump  will lead you to greatness." The first student walked away immediately, as he knew that he hadn't prepared well  for the jump. The second student knew now by choosing to deal  challenges instead of avoiding them, he was ready for the jump. He  towards the river and jumped as far  he could. And he made it!

 Robots often appear in books and films. Usually, they can think, listen, talk and walk easily on two legs, just like humans.

 Although real robots are becoming more and more complex (复杂的) , they are still not like fictional (科幻的) robots. In life, robots come in different shapes and sizes. They can be tall, short, thin or fat. Some robots have long legs and are able to walk. Others move on wheels. They can be very simple or they can be very complex.

 Many robots look like humans, and some of them can even speak. But in fact, they are different from us in lots of ways. They cannot see, hear or think by themselves. They cannot laugh or cry because they have no feelings. Someone has to build them and decide what things they will be able to do.

Robots make our life easier. They don't mind doing dirty or difficult jobs, and can work for long hours without getting tired or bored. Some robots work in very dangerous places--under the sea or in space.

 Scientists are making better robots all the time. One day every home will probably have its own robots to tidy bedrooms, do the dishes or do other things. Do you believe so?
