    If you have a sweet tooth, try mints and fruits. They do not have fat like cream and chocolate.

Don't let exercise take a break during the holidays. A 20-minute walk after a meal can help you burn off excessive(多余的) calories.

    Mr. White looks out of his window. There is a boy at the other side of the street. The boy takes some bread out of a bag and begins eating it. There is a very thin dog in the street, too.     Mr. King goes home and puts on his good clothes. He goes back to the party. Everyone in the room stands up and smiles at him. They give him the very good food to eat. Mr. King takes off his coat, and puts it in the food and says, "Eat, coat!"

    The other people ask, "What are you doing?" He answers, "I'm asking my coat to eat the food. I am wearing my old clothes. You do not look at me. You do not ask me to sit down. Now, I am in these clothes. And you give me very good food. Now I see, you give the food for my clothes not for me!"

     The police in London were searching for a thief. At last they caught him. But while they were taking photos of him from the front, from the left to the right, with a hat and without a hat, he suddenly hit the policemen and ran off. The police try to catch him but he got away.

    Then a week later, a telephone rang in the police station and somebody said, "You are searching for a thief, aren't you?" "Yes." "Well, he left here for Waterbridge an hour ago." The police in London at once sent four different photos of the thief to the police in Waterbridge.
