Next five days

Every day, Tony heard all kinds of rules at home and school."Brush your teeth before breakfast!""Don't run in the classroom!" His parents and teachers always told him what to do and what not to do. One night, Tony lay in bed and felt unhappy. He thought rules were terrible. He didn't want any rules at all.

Soon Tony fell asleep and had a strange dream. First, he found himself in a noisy classroom. His classmates ate snacks and talked loudly, and no teacher stopped them. Then he went to the cinema for his favourite movie, but people talked loudly and walked around. Tony couldn't enjoy the movie. Next, he visited the zoo. Lots of visitors fed the animals freely. It was very dangerous. Suddenly, a strong brown bear got angry and broke out of its cage(笼子).It ran straight toward(径直跑向) Tony... "Help!" Tony cried loudly. He ran and ran. The bear was getting closer and closer.

Just then, Tony woke up suddenly. It was only a dream. Tony thought carefully and understood the importance of rules. Rules kept us safe and made our life better.

Healthy eating is not only about what you eat, but also how you eat. 

First, eat with others. When you eat with your family or friends, you can learn from their healthy habits. You will also enjoy your food more.

Second, listen to your body. Before you eat, ask yourself,"" Sometimes you may just feel thirsty. Drink a glass of water first. If you are still hungry, then have something to eat.Remember to stop when you feel full.

Third, never skip(跳过,略过) breakfast. Your body needs energy after a long night without food.  A good breakfast helps you feel active and focused.

Fourth, choose healthy snacks.It is fine to have snacks between meals.   But remember, snacks are not a substitute(替代品) for main meals.

 Eat your dinner at least three hours before bedtime.  This gives your body enough time to digest(消化) the food and helps you sleep better.

Follow these tips, and you will have a healthier life.

Animals are important to our world.  Some animals live  us at home, and some live in the wild. We can see many animals in zoos, forests  parks.  People like to watch them and learn  their different habits.  Every animal needs food, water and a safe place  live.  We should be kind to animals,they are all part of nature.

There are many animals in the forest.  Squirrels  one of the cutest animals. They are very  to other small animals.

Squirrels live  forests all over the world. They have big eyes and long tails. They like climbing up and down the .

Squirrels usually  nuts, seeds(种子) and fruits.  They often store food for cold .

Squirrels are very active. They like  with each other.  Sometimes they can people by spreading(传播)  seeds.   Squirrels are hard to see in cities., there are many squirrels in the park near my home. I often watch play in the trees. They bring me a lot of joy.

Once upon a time, a man took his donkey to the beach.  He bought some bags of salt there and put them on the donkey's back.  Then they started for home.

On the way, they had to cross(横渡) a river. The donkey fell into the water.  When it got out, the bags were lighter because some salt dissolved in the water. The man felt unhappy.  They went back to the beach and bought more salt. When they reached the river again, the donkey fell into the water on purpose(故意地). It wanted to make the salt light again.

The man saw everything clearly and got really angry. He knew the donkey wanted to play a trick(诡计) on him.  He took the donkey back to the beach and filled the bags with sponges(海绵), not salt this time.

When they arrived at the river again, the donkey jumped into the water once more. But this time, the sponges took in lots of water. The bags grew much heavier than they were at first.
