How to Get a Good Sleep

We all know sleep is important. When we sleep, our body grows and our brain rests. A good night's sleep makes us feel fresh in the morning.  It helps us study well and feel happy during the day. But how can we get a good sleep? Here are some ideas.

 This helps your body know when to sleep. For example, if you go to bed at 9:00 every night, your body will feel tired at that time. After a few days, falling asleep will become easier for you.

Next, make your bedroom a nice place to sleep.  Keep your phone and computer away from your bed. Try not to watch TV or play phone games before sleeping.  When your brain is excited, it is hard to fall asleep. So put these things down and let your brain relax.

Also, it is good to drink a cup of milk before bed. Milk helps you feel relaxed.  A full stomach can make you feel uncomfortable. When your stomach is full, it is not easy to sleep well.
