The 2022 Beijing Marathon was coming to an end. It was the last minute, but 86-year-old Zhang Shun was still about 100 metres1 the finishing line. People watched him move slowly with tired steps. All of them held 2 breath. Would he make it?

Last month, I visited Hangzhou with my parents. We wanted to try the most famous local food, so we went to a nice quiet local1 . There, I had my first taste of real Dongpo pork, and it gave me a wonderful surprise. 

The waiter told us that local cooks make this dish in a 2 way. They have many old cooking rules. I was3 . I didn't know people had so many rules to cook pork. The cooks take care of every cooking 4 . They cook it slowly for hours to make it soft and tasty. Some people want to cook fast to save time.5 , local cooks never do that. 

Dongpo pork has become more popular online these days. More and more 6 visit Hangzhou just for this special food. Everyone wants to taste the 7 and special dish. Even after becoming famous, local cooks never ask for more money. They keep trying to8 their cooking to make the food better. 

This trip taught me a lot. Great cooks always work in good ways. They 9 their old rules and never change them. They always10 people's taste and take their job seriously. I learn that good food comes from hard work and a kind heart.

Want to watch insects at home? Follow these steps:

?Sit quietly and watch the insects around you. Write down what you see—their colours and body shapes. 

?You can take photos if you have a phone. Remember not to hurt them or their homes.

The largetooth sawfish（大齿锯鳐）is a special sea animal. It looks quite different. It lives in warm sea areas and rivers that run into the ocean. This fish can grow up to six metres long. Its most special part is its long snout（锯状长吻）, with sharp teeth on both sides. 

This long part helps the fish a lot. When it looks for food, it waves this part quickly to make small fish and other sea animals unable to move easily. In this way, it can get food without difficulty. ____ It works well for both getting food and staying out of danger. 

However, this helpful part also puts the fish in danger. Fishing tools often hold its long front part firmly. Once it is held in this way, it cannot swim freely, find food or breathe well. Many sawfish die when they try to get away from fishing tools. Others become too weak to live in the wild. 

This fish can live for nearly 30 years and is now in great danger. Too much fishing makes their numbers get smaller. There are very few left, so scientists can't know their total number. We must protect their homes and stop overfishing to save them. 

Last Saturday, my class visited the city's history museum, and it turned out to be a journey of exploring the unexplored. Before the  , I thought the museum was just full of boring old things. But  , it was great fun. 

We walked around the museum and saw many  from our city's past. The pictures recorded people's life long ago, together with old tools  letters. The guide told us stories about how people lived, worked, and even played games long ago. I showed interest in an old school desk with a student's name on it. It looked really  from ours today. I also wanted to know about life for kids back then. was it like?

At the museum's small workshop, we even tried making paper like people did hundreds  years ago. It was not easy, but there was so fun! When our trip ended, I got to know our city's history. It was a whole new world for me. 

The museum trip taught me important: history is all around us. Sometimes, it's right in our own city, waiting for us to discover its stories. I forward to learning more about our city's past. I plan to come back soon to learn more. 

Everyone wants to have happiness, but busy schoolwork and daily worries always stop us. Still, everyone can find joy in life. 

First, what is happiness? It is a nice warm feeling from happy experiences. Doing sports or dancing can make us feel good, but these feelings will disappear soon when we stop. 

Many people think money brings happiness. But true happiness does not come from money or great success. It comes from small daily things, like a warm talk with friends, a delicious meal or a kind smile from someone new. 

Then why is it hard to stay happy? Many people think great success means happiness. They see it as a difficult goal. In fact, happiness is a good way of thinking. Bad ideas and busy study stop us from finding nice things around us. 

Luckily, we have good ways to get happy. First, keep healthy with enough sleep and daily exercise. Second, develop your favourite hobbies and enjoy the moment. Third, write down your real feelings in notebooks. Fourth, help others and make small plans to become better. All these things bring great happiness. 

If we notice little daily joys and keep positive every day, happiness will naturally stay around us.
