Tom is a middle school student. He loves playing online games in his free time. The game was so exciting that he played it  without a break. Soon a time-eating monster comes him. It starts to eat away his time, minute by minute. He even forgets to  his homework and goes to bed late. Tom becomes lazy and tired. He becomes a couch potato and misses out on moments with his family and friends.

Today, we are living a busy life. We always try to finish things quickly. Then we can have more time to do other things. On weekdays, We are busy studying or working. One of the problems is that we don't get enough exercise. 

We all know August 8th is National Fitness Day. If we exercise for one hour a day, we can keep fit. People can become healthy if they often exercise or do sports. Students can study better and feel less nervous because they take more exercise at school. Many young women enjoy doing yoga（瑜伽）or dancing to relax and stay thin. For some housewives（家庭主妇）, doing housework is good way to burn calories（卡路里）. They can keep moving and at the same time get their houses tidy. Some men like jogging, riding bicycles or walking to get strong. Such exercise is relaxing. They are excited when they are doing them. 

You get healthy both in your body and mind by doing exercise. This weekend, don't make any plans and just get up early in the morning to exercise.
