Eat properly. A healthy diet is very important for everybody. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day. Doctors suggest that students' breakfast should include fruit, eggs, milk, rice or noodles, because these can offer them necessary energy, help them listen carefully in class and keep them healthy. Eat enough for lunch and little for supper.

Keep off germs (病菌). Daily teeth cleaning reduces the amount of germs which will spread diseases. Germs in the mouth are likely to enter the blood and cause illness, even heart disease.

Exercise regularly. Regular exercise can improve your moods and balance. What's more, it's good for bones. There are many forms of exercise: walking or running for about 30 minutes a day, playing ball games twice or three times a week, swimming or dancing often.

Stay connected. Having regular communication with friends is the key to reducing stress. And sharing happiness and sadness, exchanging information with others can also help improve memory.

On Mount Tai in Shandong Province, there is a garbage-collecting robot dog. It has recently been broadcasting (播放) voice messages to remindto protect the environment.

This robot dog is called Unitree B2. The legs are excellent because it can walk up and down stairs by using them. It can keep balance on slippery (湿滑的) places. The robot dog can also jump over woods and climb onto stairs that are 40 centimeters high. When it is charged (充电), it can work for four to six hours. It can carry things that weigh up to 120 kilograms.

The robot dog was for three days. tests, the robot dog has drawn attention from tourists. It did well on more than eighty percent of the roads in the mountain area. This shows that the robot dog is in many difficult conditions. It can help in rescue (救援) work, finding out new areas, and moving goods.

A worker from the Taishan Cultural Tourism Group said they ideas from the experiences of other scenic areas. They think using robot dogs might be the best way to problems like waste management and transportation (交通).

A tester working on the project said they are still testing the robot dog. They want to make it more excellentdoing the next round of tests. Their goal is use the robot dog to protect Mount Tai and other beautiful places. At the same time, they want to make sure robot dogs stay clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.
