Dianchao (滇超) is a very special football game in Yunnan. It is not only a football game but also a new way for people to see Yunnan's life. So, many people call it the "Yunnan way of football life".

There are 16 teams from 16 cities in Yunnan. The players are not football stars—they are teachers, students, workers or doctors and so on. There are two rounds (轮次) in the game. In the first round, every team plays with every other team. The first eight teams can get into the next round and try to get the first place.

Dianchao also has many things to watch. Every team has a special logo (标志). For example, the Kunming team's logo has seagulls on it, because people can see many seagulls flying in the sky in winter. Many people can come and watch the game. Before every game, people can watch dance and small shows. Some visitors (游客) in Yunnan can also play in the games.

Dianchao tells us that everyone can play football. When we play football, we can be healthy, make friends and feel happy. Dianchao hopes more people can play sports and like football in the life.

Do you know about yoga(瑜伽)? As a popular sport, many people like doing it in their free time now.

In fact, yoga isn't a new thing. People in India started practising it around 5,000 years ago. At that time, people found that many plants and animals could heal (治愈) themselves quickly. So they started to learn their movements(动作) and then the sport of yoga came to the world soon.

Now over 300 million people in the world are practising yog A. That's because yoga can make them strong and help them have a good sleep.

After learning the knowledge about yoga, you must hope to start practising it now. There are some ideas for you. First, wear the right clothes and take off your shoes. Second, eat on time. Don't eat anything two to four hours before doing yog A. Third, have fun and enjoy it. You can play music while doing yoga, or practise outside in a park. Last, keep going. Do it for 30 minutes every day. If you are busy, three times a week will be OK, too.

What is the common yexiao in your city? Yexiao is the fourth  of the day in China. It is usually from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. It is often  in China. In the north, barbecue(烧烤) is people's favourite  and they also have noodles. But in the south, crayfish (小龙虾) in Hunan  dessert in Guangdong have a lot of fans.

Night market (夜市) is very famous in China. It is a place for  and shopping. Parents take  children to eat at street stalls(路边摊). Young and old people can  and chat.
