In Chloe's team, open and honest communication is encouraged. They whole team always listens to others carefully and helps each other make progress. When Chloe is speaking, the other members are actively listening and don't interrupt. If they don't understand anything, they'll ask questions after she's done. Also, after Chloe finishes speaking, the others will tell Chloe their advantages and give some advice about how to improve herself.

As the saying        goes, "No one         is perfect." Everyone has advantages and disadvantages, and making use of their advantages is necessary. It's also the key to the success of a team. Chloe and her team prove the power of teamwork and make us realize the importance of collaboration(合作) in achieving common goals. So, work together! Whether in our personal lives or our jobs, we need the spirit of teamwork to achieve more.

Sea Turtles' Long Journey

Sea turtles are amazing travelers. For over 100 million years, they have swum through Earth's oceans. These ancient reptiles (爬行动物) can grow up to 1.5 meters long and live for 80 years or more.

Every year, female sea turtles return to the same beaches where they were born to lay eggs. They dig holes in the sand and lay around 100 eggs at a time. After two months, baby turtles break out of their shells and rush to the ocean. But this journey is dangerous-many are eaten by birds or get lost because of bright lights from nearby buildings.

Sadly, sea turtles face more problems today. Plastic pollution is a big threat (威胁). Turtles often mistake plastic bags for jellyfish (水母), their favorite food, and eating plastic can kill them. Also, fishing nets sometimes catch turtles by accident. Luckily, people are working to save them. In some countries, volunteers (志愿者) check beaches at night to protect nesting turtles. They also turn off beach lights to help baby turtles find the ocean. Many places have banned plastic bags, and fishermen use special nets that let turtles escape.

Scientists say that if we keep helping, sea turtles will continue their long journeys for many more years. These gentle creatures remind us that we must care for our oceans.

A young woman spends her time helping people know more about saving Yangtze's "smiling angels (天使)". The Yangtze River is their home. They are Yangtze finless porpoises (长江江豚)—a kind of animal in danger in China. 

We know they have a beautiful smile because of their special mouth. That's why people love them so much. However, they don't smile any more. People take so many fish from the river that the finless porpoises have less food to eat. And the water isn't so good as before. There are only around 1,000 of the porpoises now. Many volunteers (志愿者) are working hard to save them. Tan Ge is one of them. 

Tan Ge was born in 1991. She grew up in Hunan's Yueyang, a city beside Dongting Lake. The lake is connected to the Yangtze River. After learning about this important animal and the importance of saving the animal, she joined a group of volunteers and started working to save them. 

As she worked with the volunteers, Tan Ge learned more about the animal. And she knew that maybe a lot of people, like herself, didn't know much about the animal. So, in 2018, she joined an association (协会). 

After that, she tried her best to work for the animal. She joined in over 350 field trips to fight against illegal fishing. She saved not only finless porpoises, but also other kinds of wildlife in the area.
