What should you do to stop a cold? One important way is to exercise more often. Running, swimming or even walking can help a lot. Try to exercise for at least half an hour a day. It's also important to go to bed and get up early. Studies show that the cold or flu virus can live on our hands for a long time. So you should often wash your hands with soap. Finally, it's important to have a balanced diet (均衡饮食).

Do you believe stones can move by themselves? There are some stones that can move in Death Valley of the US. Many of the stones are small, but a few of them are big. The biggest stone weighs about 350 kg.

The stones move at night. Nobody has seen them moving, but now scientists know why the stones can move. The answer is the wind. When the wind comes from the west, the stones move to the east. When the wind is from the south, they always move to the north. But how can the wind move the heavy stones?

Death Valley is one of the hottest places in the world, but it can be very cold at night. Sometimes, there are even storms at night. Rain falls, and the wind is strong and cold. The water on the ground turns into ice easily. Then the strong wind can move the stones along the flat ground.

Everyone has hobbies to enjoy in their free time. Hobbies make our lives more fun and help us relax.

Some people love reading.  They can read storybooks, poems or books about animals. Reading not only gives them new knowledge but also makes them imagine more.

Many people like doing sports.  Playing basketball with friends makes them happy, and swimming helps them stay healthy. In winter, some even go skiing. At first, they may be scared, but they soon have fun.

 Some people like painting with colours or making small crafts. For example, they can make a card for their mom's birthday. When they finish, they feel proud of themselves.

Some people enjoy helping others, too.  They may donate old clothes to charity or help clean the park. Doing these things makes them feel good because they can give love to others.
