Most people love animals because they are useful in many ways. They bring more fun to our life.

We find many different kinds of animals on the earth. Some animals, like leopards（豹子）, wolves, pandas and foxes live in big forests. We call them wild（野生的）animals. Most of them are dangerous. Some others like cows and dogs live with men. We call them domestic（驯养的）animals.

Animals are important to men. Men kill wild animals for fur and meat. Skins（皮肤）of foxes and crocodiles （鳄鱼）can be made into coats and shoes. People are now stopped from killing wild animals in order to protect（保 护） their lives. Domestic animals can not only give men food, but also help men with some farm work. There isn't so much fun in life, if there are no animals. People get meat from sheep and pigs. From cows, we get milk. Horses can take us to other places. Animals also help farmers a lot on farms.

It is important that men need to live with animals. Let's protect animals. They are our best friends.

In China, there are many different kinds of food. Some of them are popular. Among (在……之中) them, dumplings are the real Chinese food.

Everyone in China likes dumplings very much, and there are many different kinds of dumplings. Some have beef and beans in them, and some have eggs and carrots in them. But I love eating dumplings with cabbage and pork(猪肉).

Usually people make dumplings at home. When you have no time to make them, you can buy them in a supermarket. Then you take them home and eat them with vinegar(醋).

The Spring Festival is very important in China. When it comes, we make dumplings, and usually we put a coin(硬币) in a dumpling. Someone eats the dumpling with the coin in it, and he will be lucky in the new year.

Singapore is a small country known for its strict（严格的）rules. .

In Singapore, people can't buy or sell chewing gum. This is because chewing gum is very sticky（黏糊糊的） and messy when people throw it away. Singapore made a new law that said people mustn't chew gum.

If you visit Singapore, be careful where you cross the road. Look for a pedestrian crossing（人行横道）—a safe place to cross. If there is one near, you must use it. You can't cross the road in any other place. You can get a $50 fine if you do.

In general, Singapore's rules make it a clean and safe place. When everyone follows the rules, it makes the country a better place for everyone.

Qingming is one of the Chinese 24 solar terms（节气）,too. It is the best time for spring outing and spring farming. People always go out for fresh air and all kinds of sports , like flying kites and taking a walk outdoors. Spring outing is good to keep us . Farmers are busy with their work. They hope to get a good harvest（收获）in autumn.

Chimelong Ocean Kingdom（长隆海洋王国）is a great place for sea animal lovers. Many people go to visit it every year. There are some Chinese white dolphins.

How much do you know about Chinese white dolphins? Chinese white dolphins are not really white. They are grey when they are young. The colour is pink when they are old. Chinese white dolphins have a long life. They usually live up to 40 years old. What's their favourite food?Fish.

However, the Chinese white dolphins are in danger. Now there are about 6,000 Chinese white dolphins in the world. The number of them is small, so they are called"giant（巨大的）pandas of the sea".Why is the number of them so small? Well, some people kill them for meat and other things. And they don't have much food to eat because of people's activities on the sea. To protect（保护）them, people do a lot these years. People think Chinese    white dolphins can bring good luck to them.
