In recent years, Deepseek is a leader in AI. On January 20, 2025, the company made a new AI model called DeepSeek-R1, which stuns the World. 

This smart AI can solve difficult math problems, write computer code（代码）, and answer all kinds of questions. Its abilities are as good as the world's top AI models, like Open AI's GPT-4o. However, the amazing part is that it cost much less to build. 

The DeepSeek team spent only $5. 58 million, which is about one-seventieth (1/70) of the cost for similar models from big companies. They used 2, 048 computer chips(芯片) and worked for two months. This success proves that good ideas and smart work can sometimes be more important than having a lot of money. 

DeepSeek-R1 is free for everyone to use and change. On its first day online, more than 19, 000 programmers around the world started projects to study and use it. A scientist from Germany said that doing experiments with R1 now costs only about $10, compared to $300 when using other AIs. A top scientist from Meta, a famous U. S. company, even said, "This kind of free AI could change the world. "

This makes some U. S. tech companies surprised, too. For example, Meta plans to spend an extra $65 billion on AI research. Experts say that China is catching up very fast in the AI field. A report in the famous magazine Nature called R1 a"big step forward", proving(证明) that smart ideas beat expensive tools. 

A DeepSeek engineer shared their dream:"We want AI to be a friend for everyone, not something only rich people or big companies can use. "DeepSeek-R1 shows the world that great things can come from creative ideas and hard work, not just money.

Exercise is as important as eating. Try to exercise for 150 to 300   each week such as walking, swimming or bike riding, along with strength（力量）training   a week. If you sit for too long, stand up and move for 3 to 5 minutes every hour. Also, get enough sleep, about 7 hours a night. 

What's more, some cities have already set up special"weight management clinics（门诊）"in hospitals. In order to help people lose weight  , some experts can provide people with advice on diet（饮食）, exercise plans and Traditional Chinese Medicine methods. Schools are   to teach students about healthy eating. Families, hotels, and other places can also provide support   weight management. Even AI technology might be used to improve personal weight management.

A Chinese 2D animated（动画的）film, Nobody, has become a dark horse sweeping the box office last summer. It was first shown on August 2nd, 2025. By September 13, it had made over 1. 5 billion yuan, breaking the record for Chinese 2D animated films. It also got 8. 6 points on Douban, winning the hearts of millions of kids and adults. 

The film tells a warm story. The story follows a small pig monster（妖怪）who lives in a place called Langlang Mountain. He works hard for the Cave King, but doesn't know how to please the king and makes him angry. After losing his job, he decides to leave the mountain and teams up with three other small and nameless monsters. Together, they pretend（假装）to be the famous group from Journey to the West and start a dangerous journey to grow and find their true selves. They grow from finding food to saving villagers. A famous line says, "We may be nobodies in society, but we are important at home, "making people think about life. 

The film touches hearts because it shows the hardship（艰难）of common people.  The little monsters face big challenges and laugh at difficulties. Even though they are weak, they fight bravely. Many viewers（观影者）say they see themselves in these characters. 

Nobody also stands out for its beautiful art style. Made by Shanghai Animation Film Studio, it uses traditional Chinese painting skills. The soft colors of ink-wash paintings（水墨画）and perfect brushwork create a special, dreamlike world. 

The movie also shows respect for Chinese culture. For example, it references（参考）the well-known 1986TV show Journey to the West and ancient buildings from Shanxi Province. All these make the story feel both old and new. 

Nobody is more than a movie. It shows that Chinese stories can be told in exciting, fresh ways. It brings joy and teaches us that everyone can be a hero.
