These phrases about colors can help American people to express their ideas in creative ways and draw more of others' attention.

One day, Confucius led his students to the state of Chu. On the way, they saw an old man standing under a tree. He was catching cicadas with a bamboo stick. Every time he tried, he caught one, just as as picking something from his hand.

Confucius asked, "You're very skillful at catching cicadas. You must have followed some."

"That's right!" The old man answered. "The cicada is a clever little insect. It would fly away at the smallest in the leaves. Therefore, to catch cicadas, one must, first of all, train one's hand the bamboo stick without shaking. When two small balls are put on the top of the bamboo stick and do not fall off, one may have a certain degree of in catching cicadas; when three balls are put there and do not fall off, any cicadas can manage to escape (逃脱); when five are put there and do not fall off, one would catch cicadas at will."

He then added, "But that is not enough. One must be good at oneself. Now I am standing under a tree, just like half of a tree trunk, with my arm stretching out like part of a withered twig (枯萎的树枝). Last of all, one must give full. When I am catching cicadas, I don't think about the big world or other things around me—I only see the cicadas' two wings."

Hearing this, Confucius turned to his students and said, "No matter what you do, and challenging it can be, there will always be a way out. And remember, guard your purpose closely, for even small things can your path to success."

When we walk in nature, we hear the sounds of the sea, birds and leaves.. For example, tomatoes can make ultrasonic (超声的) sounds under stress, like when they don't get enough water. In the ocean, coral (珊瑚) makes sounds too. Baby corals can "listen" to these sounds to find safe places to grow, even though corals don't have ears. For further research, scientists use special machines to record these sounds that we can't hear.

Once the sounds are recorded, AI can help understand the sounds made by animals and plants. For example, researchers used AI to study the calls of bats (蝙蝠). They found that many of the calls were about food, sleep and personal space.

Bees (蜜蜂) use dances to communicate. In Germany, a research team has created a robot bee that can dance. The robot bee can tell real bees where to find food by doing their special dance moves.

In the future, this technology might help people who have trouble communicating.The more we understand about nature, the better we can protect it.

He wanted to understand more about why we forget things and how to prevent it, so he did some research. He himself tried to remember some nonsense syllables (无意义音节), and finally made the forgetting curve.

The forgetting curve tells a relationship between memory retention (保留) and time after you learned something. It shows us that in 20 minutes, people forget about 41.8% of what they have learned, after 1 day, people forget about 66.3% of what they have learned, and after 31 days, people forget about 78.9% of what they have learned. In 20 minutes, people forget things fastest. As time goes by, people forget things much more slowly.

Although forgetting is a fact, there are many ways that we can remember more things for longer time. For example, you can review something in an active way with the help of tools such as flashcards or self-tests. Or you can take part in social interactions (互动) while reviewing your lessons. You can do hands-on experiments, solve real-world challenges, join online discussions, teach younger children what you have learned and work in small groups to solve problems and share knowledge.

Just as Confucius said, if a man keeps reviewing his old knowledge and learning the new, he may be a teacher of others. Everyone forgets and forgetting is a necessary part of life. After all, only by letting go of old information can we form new memories.

Fashion trends (趋势) are around us, and can be exciting.
