 Keep in mind that wanting to sound like a native(本土的) English speaker is a very common idea. The largest groups of native English speakers are from America, the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and India. And within those countries, accents (口音) are widely different. There isn't one"correct" accent among them. 

 But can you change your accent? Actually, the sounds you hear as a baby quickly become locked into your brain because you consider them to be the most important ones for communication. Finally, your brain decides that you' ve learned all the sounds you need to know, and you start using those sounds as you learn to speak. All other sounds that have nothing to do with your language are unnoticed. Although children are usually able to change their accents easily until around twelve years old, things get difficult after that. The older you are when you learn a new language, the harder it is to perfect the accent. 

 But it's not impossible! Just remember that changing your accent requires a lot of effort — you need to practice for at least an hour every day. There are some ways that can help you achieve that faster. As we mentioned above, the reason why it's difficult to sound like a native speaker is that you can't pronounce some sounds that are deficient in your own language. Develop your skills with different kinds of listening activities. So you can begin to correctly pronounce English sounds and know how they are different from those in your mother language. Watching English TV shows can also be helpful. 

 In order to truly change your accent, you also need to learn the specifics (细节) of pronunciation. Whenever you' re doing pronunciation practice, take it a little slower than you normally would. Try to pronounce every sound to get your mouth and tongue(舌头) used to the correct positions. Sure, the goal is to speak at a natural speed— and you' ll get there!.
