Do you know Big Fish? Zhou Shen sings the song. Zhou was born on September 29, 1992, in Hunan and grew  in Guiyang, Guizhou. He's a famous singer with a clear and beautiful voice. This makes his music special  enjoyable. Now, Big Fish and Zhou's three other songs are in school textbooks.

Big Fish talks about dreams and freedom (自由). With Me is about youth and hope. In China in the Lights, Zhou sings about love  our country. The Starry Sky shows respect for heroes. "The songs are fun to listen to and have good values," said music teacher.

Through his songs, Zhou always shares the special beauty of music and Chinese culture with the world he hopes to inspire (激发) listeners t feel the same deep love for China. He has won hearts far and wide with his unique voice and amazing songs.

Potatoes are common in our daily lives. But they have an interesting history in China.

Potatoes came to China from South America in the late Ming Dynasty (朝代). At that time, not many people bought them. They were so special and people didn't know how to make them into dishes. But as time went by, people found it was easy to grow potatoes. This was because potatoes can bear hard growing conditions (状况). So more farmers started growing potatoes. And people knew more and more ways of cooking potatoes. At first, they found roasted potatoes tasted quite good with a little salt. Then they created (创造) more dishes like Stewed Beef with Potatoes and Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes. But people didn't just grow potatoes for their taste. Potatoes could give them much energy, so they wouldn't feel hungry too early after eating them.

And here is another story about potatoes. In the Qing Dynasty, some villagers thought potatoes were unhealthy. So an official (官员) cooked and ate potatoes in front of them. Then many villagers tried potatoes too. In this way, he encouraged more people to grow potatoes.

Today, potatoes are welcome all over China. And you can find them in many different dishes.

Yao Xin, 23, is a panda keeper at the Xining Wildlife Park. "People may think the job is easy, but I work long hours and sometimes even at night," she said. "However, it isn't tiring at all when I see the cute animals."

For Yao, becoming panda keeper was unexpected (出乎意料的). After leaving college in 2017, Yao worked at a health centre at first. In 2018, she saw an advertisement (广告) for a panda keeper online and she wanted to have a try. Although she didn't have any training in animal science, her work experience (经验) at the health centre helped her get the job.

Yao went to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to train for half a year before starting her job. She learned how to look after baby pandas and got to know different kinds of bamboo there.

Every time Yao finishes her work, she stands by the window and watches the pandas for a while. When she has a day off, she often asks her colleagues (同事) to make some short videos of the pandas and watches them at home.

Yao also keeps a diary every day. She has got a notebook with 400 pages of "sweet memories (回忆)" with the cute animals. "The more we do, the more comfortable the pandas will be," she said.

Planning a perfect weekend trip can be easy if you follow these simple steps. 

 First, think about what you want to do. Do you want to relax on the beach, go hiking in the mountains or visit a new city? Your interests will help you choose the right place.

 Once you have chosen a place, you need to decide how to get there. If it's a short distance, you can drive your car. If it's far, you can take a train or a bus. Remember to book your tickets early to avoid last-minute problems.

 Next, plan your activities. Make a list of the things you want to do and see. For example, if you are going to a city, you can visit museums, parks or famous landmarks. If you are going to the mountains, you can plan a hiking route. But don't plan too many activities. You need time to relax too.

 Then, pack your bags. Check the weather of the place you are going to and pack appropriate clothes. Don't forget to take important things like your ID card, phone, charger and some cash. If you are going hiking, take a map, water and snacks.

 Finally, enjoy your trip! Don't worry too much about small problems. The most important thing is to have fun and make good memories.

Campbell Remess is a teenager from Australia. He makes teddy bears for sick children for several years. 

The story began in 2013 when Campbell was nine years old. He wanted to give gifts to children in hospitals. But he didn't have enough money. The little boy didn't give up. He decided to make their presents by himself. 

Campbell made his first teddy bear in his bedroom. It was hard for him. He learned from the Internet by watching videos. It took him five hours to finish his first teddy bear. He can now make a teddy bear in an hour. He also started a project called "Project 365 by Camp-bell". He tried to make a teddy bear every day. 

Young Campbell uses his own money to buy things for making teddy bears. To make more money, he helps his parents with housework. Sometimes, he also sells his teddy bears online to raise money for sick childen. Many people give free materials (材料) to him. 

Campbell gave away about 1300 teddy bears. He is now busy making this year's teddy bears. He never thinks of stopping and he will keep putting smiles on people's faces. 

In my opinion, it's the most important to   ourselves.
