My Favourite Subject

My name is Tom. I am a student in Grade 7. I have many subjects at school, such as maths, English, Chinese, history and so on. But my favourite subject is science.

I like science because it's very interesting. In science class, we can do many interesting experiments. Our science teacher, Mr. White, is very kind and funny. He always teaches us in a special way. We can learn a lot from his lessons.

Science helps us know more about the world. I think it's very useful. I want to be a scientist in the future. I will study science harder and harder.

Our School Subjects

We study many subjects at school. Some students like English, some like maths, and others like art.

I like PE best. I like playing sports. In PE class, we can play basketball, football, and do other sports. It makes me strong and healthy. Our PE teacher, Mr. Black, is a good player.  He teaches us how to play sports well.

My friend Lucy likes music very much. She can sing and dance well. She thinks music is like magic. It can make her happy when she is sad. She wants to be a singer one day.

We all enjoy our school subjects. They make our school life colourful.

Subjects and Hobbies

Different students have different hobbies and favourite subjects.

Jack likes history very much. He thinks history is like a storybook. He can learn about many interesting people and things in the past. He often reads history books after class.

Lily is good at drawing. She likes art best. In art class, she can draw beautiful pictures. She wants to be an artist in the future.

Bob enjoys playing computer games. So IT is his favourite subject. He can learn how to use computers and make small programmes in IT class.

They all work hard on their favourite subjects and hope to make progress.

My School Life

I study at No. 1 Middle School. My school life is very interesting.

We have many subjects, such as Chinese, English, maths, biology and so on. My favourite subject is English. Our English teacher, Miss Green, is very kind. She teaches us in many different ways. We often play games and watch English movies in her class.

I also like music class. We can sing and dance in music class. It makes me relaxed. After class, I often play basketball with my classmates on the playground.

I enjoy my school life very much. It makes me happy and helps me grow up.
