A man has some small dogs for sale, from $ 30 to $ 50. A boy comes and wants to buy one.

"Well, you need a lot of money to buy these dogs," says the man.

Jogging is good for us and helps us live longer and have a healthier life. It's easy to do and free. You do not have to spend much money jogging. You can do it in a park or even in your home. But many people find it boring after jogging for a while. Then how can we make jogging fun? Here are some ideas to you're your jogging more interesting.

First, you should choose to wear your favourite sports clothes and shoes when you jog. They make you more comfortable (舒服的) when jogging.

Always jog outdoors (在 户 外 ). By changing your  route and choosing another street, you can always have something interesting to enjoy when you jog.

Take along your music player and listen to your favourite songs when you jog. The music can make you excited and run without feeling bored.

It's always more enjoyable with a friend. Take friends while jogging. Join a running club, and invite an old friend to go jogging. It's better to find a friend who runs a little faster than you. Then you can try to catch up with him or her.

Have you heard the saying "You are what you eat"? Well, do you like who you are? If not, break your bad eating habits and you will feel better about yourself.

Some parents are worried about their kids eating high - fat food, such as hamburgers and instant noodles（方便面）, because they are not healthy. Before eating, you should find the healthiest food—low in salt and high in fiber（纤维）.

It's better to have vegetables and fruit.

Some students don't like eating breakfast. If you don't eat breakfast, you may find it hard to get through the morning. Eating breakfast is helpful for your body. You can remember things better in class and be happy more easily. If you don't have enough time for breakfast, you should always keep quick food like yogurt around.

It's not good to be a fast eater. It takes your body at least 20 minutes to "tell" your mind that you are full. So fast eaters usually eat more than people who eat slowly.

Please slow down. Try eating some of your meals for at least 30 minutes. Use a small bowl when you eat.

Some of you eat too much snacks. Healthy snacks between meals are fine. But when you eat more snacks than real meals, you will not eat your meals on time.

Snacks don't make you full easily. They make it easy to get more fat. You can choose snacks that will make you feel full, such as fruit, yogurt, or nuts.

In China, the 12th month of the lunar calendar(阴历) is called Layue. The month is full of interesting festivals and customs(习俗).
