In recent years, more young people in Thailand are trying to learn about China through social media, movies and TV programs, and hanfu is very popular with Pompawee's students. That's where she has got her new idea of teaching. She shares with them this latest Chinese fashion(时尚)in class, helping them learn about the culture as well as the language itself.

Pornpawee visited China for the first time while she was in the university. She found Chinese food so great. Before travelling to China, Pornpawee had only heard of a few Chinese dishes, such as hot pot and jiaozi. She was amazed by the kinds, the tastes and the Chinese ways of cooking. "Chinese people are very kind to foreigners. During my first visit to China, my Chinese friends and their families always took good care of me and kept asking whether I was used to the life, "she recalled(回忆) . 

So far, Pormpawee has visited several Chinese cities, "China is such a large country, "she said. "My trip to China will never end and I'd like to introduce more to people of my country. "

Do you get in trouble for feeding your dog on food from dinner under the table? A new study suggests that by sharing "people food"，you might actually be helping to keep your pet healthy. 

Many dogs are fed dry processed food. Science has shown that a diet(饮食)of processed food is not healthy for humans. Scientists from the University of Helsinki, in Fin-land, say this diet is not good for our pet dogs, either. 

The scientists discovered that the food a dog might find in an owner's home such as eggs, fish, meat and vegetables may be better than a diet of just dog food. This is be-cause having different kinds of food leads to more variety （多样性）in microbes, which are little living things, too small to be seen with our eyes. There are millions of them in human and animal bodies. Some are bad for us, but many are good for us, and they play important roles in helping us digest（消化) food. 

A total of 8, 500 young pet dogs took part in the study. 4, 500 of them were under 6monthsold, and the rest were between 6 and 18 months old. The owners were asked about what food they had fed their pets and how often When the dogs reached adult-hood, their owners reported that about 20%of the dogs showed CE symptoms（慢性肠胃不适症状）such as weight loss. However, if dogs had been fed a mixed diet while young, . it was 22%less possible for them to experience CE symptoms later in life. 

Dr. Anna Helm-Bjorkman told The Times of London, "Dog food on sale are described as providing a complete diet. . But what we show is that variety is important. No-body would give 12 years of the same food to a child-why should a dog be different?"

We often see parents choose healthy food like(牛奶）and eggs for their kids. As for themselves, they would prepare something unhealthy. Why? They are not（确定）whether their kids would like to eat the healthy food. So, their own dishes can be a(第二;另一)choice for their children. If kids eat from their parents' dishes, both of them may have unhealthy diets. 

Luckily, we found a简单）way: asking parents to think of their meals as their own, rather than as a choice for their children. 

To do the research, we worked with a school. The school(计划）to help children eat more healthily. It provided a free(晚餐）for 100 families. We noticed all the parents(仔细地)chose a healthy meal for their children. Then be-fore choosing for themselves, we asked(一半)of them to think of their meal as "for you and only you!" The others were not asked to do that.
