There are many  for us in our life. 

Last term, there was a speech competition in our school. I never entered a speech competition because I was afraid of  in public. With encouragement from my parents, I decided to give it a try. To prepare for the competition, I studied some speech videos carefully. Then I wrote my speech, and practiced delivering it again and again. Finally, I gave an excellent  and won the third place. From this experience, it makes a big difference  me, I've learned that it's meaningful to try something new. It can help us find and develop our hidden talents and become more  as well. 

Have you ever been to Wuyuan? It is in the northeast of Jiangxi 1 . People call it "the hometown of books", "the hometown of tea" and " 2 village in China."

A 12-year-old boy—Jordan Thomas was going on a fishing trip with his parents on August 16, 2005, When he was swimming in the water, a boating accident happened and made him lose his legs. But Jordan didn't give up the hope of living. He even began to help many kids like him.

Now, many years after he started his foundation, more than 80 children can live a normal (正常的) life and follow their dreams. Bella was one of them. She lost her left leg in a car accident. With the help of Jordan's foundation, the 11-year-old girl can now swim, play the piano and even ride a horse. "With the prosthetics from the Jordan Thomas Foundation, I can run so fast, " said Bella. 

Everyone wanted Jane to be a lady-in-waiting (宫女), but Jane wanted to be a knight (骑士). 

Every day, she saw the knights practicing their fighting.

One day, a bad dragon came and took the Prince away! The knights were not there, so they couldn't help. "Is there anyone to save my son?" asked the King. 

Jane said she could. She fought with the dragon for a long time. At last, she took the Prince home. The King made her a real knight and had a big party for her. 

Jane thanked Lisa for the armor. They danced and danced at the party. 

On a summer weekend, Mike and his brother Sam went to a pet shop. They wanted to buy a birthday gift for their sister, Anne. There were birds, dogs and cats there. They bought a cat at last. They thought it was so cute. Anne must like it. 

On their way home, Mike and Sam saw a small river. There were lots of fish in the river. 

"We can catch (抓) a fish to make dinner for Anne, " Mike said.

The two brothers loved their sister. They thought about what she said. "Don't worry. We will take the fish back to the river, " Mike and Sam said. 

Anne went with them. The fish seemed (似乎) happy too as it swam away. Now, Anne had a big smile on her face. 

In recent years, to improve science education, several elderly scientists in China have been spreading (传播) scientific knowledge with short videos. 

Liu Jiaqi from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS中国科学院) began to spread scientific knowledge online in November
