If we don't cut our hair in our lifetime, it will be about 20 meters long when we're 100 years old. 

Scientists find that sunlight (阳光) is very important. First, it is an easy way to keep healthy by  for 15 minutes in the sun every day. Second, sunlight is good for eyes. If you don't want to wear  early, please play outside when you are young. Also, sunlight can make you smart. After we get lots of sunlight, we can  things easily. The best things in life are Sunlight. is really good, but too much is bad for health. So when you have fun at the park, you can  a tent when it's too strong in the middle of the day. 

People around the, world enjoy different kinds of sports. Sports help  (they) to keep healthy. find  (happy), and live longer.

Sports change with seasons. People play different games in winter and summer. It is a good way  (walk) at. the park in spring. Swimming is more comfortable in warm weather, but  (skate) is more fun in winter.
