Also, a volunteer needs to learn a lot. Volunteers needed to know all about the games. They also kept in mind the history and stories behind them. "People say volunteering is about giving, but I got a lot from helping others, "said a volunteer. 

Volunteer Day

When I was in Grade Three, I thought I just needed to study. My parents would do all the housework. I often threw my things on the bed and sofa, so our house was always in a mess. 

One day, when my mother came home after work and found a lot of rubbish in our house, she was so angry. She said to me seriously, "You must do some housework every day from now on. "I didn't think it is fair for me to do that. However, I followed what my mother said. 

After a few days, I understood that doing housework was harder than I imagined. My parents had to do a lot of housework after work, so I must help them much more at home. I tried to do different kinds of housework in my house, so they could have a good rest when they got home. 

We should not always rely on our parents too much. Learn to do housework by ourselves, and it will help us a lot. 

How do you usually solve your stress? Maybe you listen to some music or watch some funny films to reduce your stress. Do you know doing housework is helpful in solving stress?

Do you know hypothermia(低温)? Hypothermia happens when a person is too cold. It is very dangerous and can even kill a person. They can also get serious hypothermia if they fall into cold water in the cold weather. 

 First, shaking means the body is trying to warm itself. It means that the body is sending blood from the person's hands and feet to try to keep the body warm. Last, get angry easily. 

Try to get them warm and make sure that their clothes are dry and their heads are covered. They should drink something warm like soup or hot water. 

People with serious hypothermia may become tired.  At the same time, don't place anything hot on them, because that can lead to a heart problem.
