At thirteen, I was diagnosed（诊断）with a kind of attention disorder. It made school difficult for me. When everyone else in the class was focusing on tasks, I could not.

Teway Food Group. a company in Chengdu, Sichuan makes tasty seasonings （调料）.There robots do most of the work in their clever factory .First the robots get and mix the ingredients （材料）in line with their recipes （食谱）.After that， the ingredients go into a smart cooking system that carefully watches and controls the tempeatures to make sure the seasonings taste really good .During the whole process ，you hardly see many workers and this makes everything cost much less.

The vice president of the company. Yu Zhiyong, told The Paper,"Thanks to the smart factory, we have been able to make things 40 percent cheaper."

Beside helping companies save money, smart factories are also looking out for the safety of workers. Baidu created a smart safety assistant called Du An' an to make sure workers are safer in factories. It gives fast answers to safety questions from workers and also looks safety problems， helping managers work with dangers and risks quickly. Thanks to Du An'an，a big chemical company called Daxie Petrochemical can now deal with accidents 50 percent faster than before.

At Ford's electric vehicle (电动汽车，EV) factory in the UK, smart devices (设备) watch over the welding (焊接) process, which is important for EV motors and batteries that require thousands of welds. If a weld does not meet the standard, it is redone before the part progresses to the next step of production. This not only saves time but also reduces waste by making sure that every part is usable. In Singapore, they have special cameras and systems that keep an eye on how clean public spaces are. They also use technology to watch over how much energy is used and control water usage.

Bill Gates recently predicted（预测） that online learning will make place-based colleges less significant, and five years from now, students will be able to find the best lectures in the world online. I applaud Mr. Gates. But what's taking us so long？

As early as1997, MIT decided to post videos of all university lectures online. for free, for all people. But today, how many students have you met who mastered advanced mathematics or nuclear physics from an MIT online video？Unfortunately, the answer is not many. 

The problem is the poor quality of online education website sand the experience they provide to students. Those who go to the MIT website and watch courses online are surely very smart people, but it's not like playing a video game such as World of Warcraft. Only the most ardent students, those who are highly motivated, will devote themselves to studying these boring online videos. 

The real question is why we aren't spending more to develop better online education platforms. Where is the Avatar of education？Think about this. The market for Hollywood films per year is worth around 30 billion USD. Education in the world is a trillion-dollar-a-year market, hundreds of times bigger than Hollywood movies. Yet the most expensive digital learning system ever built cost well under 100 million dollars. 

Bill Gates' prediction is going to happen. There is no doubt about it. But it will only happen when we create high level educational content and experiences that engage and excite more than has ever been possible in the real world. 

How to eat healthily

Eating a healthier diet doesn't have to be complicated. Instead of being overly concerned with counting calories, think of your diet in terms of color, variety, and freshness. Here are some tips for you to eat healthily. 

Prepare more of your own meals. Cooking more meals at home can help you take charge of what you're eating. It can better monitor exactly what goes into your food. You'll eat fewer calories and avoid the chemical additives, added sugar, and unhealthy fats of packaged and takeout foods. 

Make the right changes. When reducing unhealthy foods in your diet, it's important to replace them with healthy alternatives. Replacing dangerous trans fats with healthy fats. This will make a positive difference to your health. 

 It's important to be aware of what's in your food. Manufacturers often hide large amounts of sugar or unhealthy fats in packaged food, even food claiming to be healthy. 

Focus on how you feel after eating.  The healthier the food you eat, the better you'll feel after a meal. The more junk food you eat, the more likely you are to feel uncomfortable, nauseous, or drained of energy. 

Control emotional eating.  Many of us also turn to food to relieve stress or cope with unpleasant emotions such as sadness, loneliness, or boredom. But by learning healthier ways to manage stress and emotions, you can regain control over the food you eat and your feelings. 

Nowadays, many people in China and Japan are racing against time. They put a lot of value in" being on time". However, in some countries of the world, people have different opinions on" being on time". 

Germany

Thanks to its industrial past, in Germany you are expected to arrive at least ten minutes earlier for any planned meeting. 

In Germany, being on time is risky enough because your hosts will probably already be there waiting, wondering how on earth you could be so stupid. What will you do if anything unexpected happens, like heavy traffic or a sudden rain？So remember to arrive early in Germany. 

Saudi Arabia

Some countries care little about time and Saudi Arabia is one of them. It's because of their long history of desert living where time is not the first thing to think about. It could be that it's too hot to do anything on time. So don't expect them to be on time. Moreover, looking at your watch during an event is even considered as bad manners, so don't get angry with them, either. 

Ghana

Most meeting times can be changed, even if an exact time is given, Ghanaians are very relaxed and easy-going. They think that if everyone is late, then no one is late. After all, what can't be done today can get done tomorrow. If you find it difficult to deal with, prepare to be unhappy. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy the ride. 

Russia

Patience is considered a very important quality in Russian culture but being on time is not. When doing business in Russia, do be on time. Otherwise, it will be considered disrespectful（无礼的）. But Russians won't hold themselves to the same standard. So, again, patience can be key.
