China is the homeland of tea. Most Chinese people like drinking tea. Tea is served not only at teahouses and restaurants but also at home. Drinking tea is good for our health. A cup of tea can make us relaxed and refreshed (提神的). There are many kinds of Chinese tea. And the most famous are green tea, white tea, yellow tea, oolong tea, black tea and dark tea. 

Making Shadow Plays (皮影戏) on the wall is a great play. You need a light, hands and good ideas for a good show. Shadow Plays have been a play for hundreds of years in China. 

People said Shadow Plays were from a story. In about 141 B. C. the great Emperor Wu (汉武帝) of the Han dynasty in China started his country. He was great and did a lot for his country. But then his favorite woman died. It made him very sad. He wanted her to be back, so he asked his officials (官员) to bring the woman back to life! Of course, this was not possible, but they had to find something to help him feel better. 

The officials decided to make a model of the woman. They used donkey leather (皮革) to make her shape and dressed it nice clothes. Then they used a light to cast (投射) the shadow onto a wall when it moved. This moving model was the lost woman. The Shadow Plays made the emperor happy and a new entertainment (娱乐) was born. 

Many children use the Internet to get useful knowledge and information, and to relax in their free time.  Here are some rules to make sure you are safe on the Internet. 

 For example, when you can go online and what activities you can do online. Remember not to spend too much time on the Internet. It is bad for your study and eye health. 

 Don't give your password (密码) to anyone else, and never give out the following information: your real name, home address, age, school, phone number or other personal information. 

Never agree to meet someone you met on the Internet without your parents' permission (允许). And don't make friends online easily. 

Nowadays, the Internet is always be our side.  But if we don't use it in a right way, it can also do harm to us.
