More and more people 1  to know health is very important. So they keep healthy by 2 sports and exercisc. But some of them don't have the right way 3  exercising. Here are some examples.

Having enough food before doing sports because it can give us4  energy(能量). No! In fact, if you are full and do exercise at5  , it is bad6  your health. And it will cause(引发)a stomachache. Don't eat too much before exercising and do exercise at 7  an hour later.
