●All swimmers must take a shower before going into the pool.

●Children must be with an adult.

●No playing or fighting in the swimming lanes(泳道). You may put other swimmers in danger.

●Slower swimmers keep to the right

●Put your clothes, watches or other things in the locker(存放柜). Remember the number of your locker. A lost key to the locker will cost you S4.50.

●Stop swimming if you feel bad. Call out loud or put up your hand if you think you are in danger and our lifesaver(救生员) will come and save you.

We will ask you to leave if you don't follow the rules.

Do you play with your phone before bedtime? According to a US study, looking at screens at night can cause us to sleep not well.

In the evening, our brains make melatonin. Melatonin helps us feel sleepy and relaxed. It's an important part of our sleep cycle. Our electronic screens stop that cycle from working normally.

Why? Phones, computers and TVs make blue light. Blue light stops our bodies from making melatonin. Even just a little bit of blue light can have an effect. Eight minutes of blue light can keep your brain "awake" for another hour, according to the study. Even when you are sleeping, you may have lots of dreams. Your brain won't have a good rest.

It's even worse if you play an exciting game before bed. Games make our hearts beat faster, so we have a harder time falling asleep. Then, when we are sleeping, we don't get enough "deep sleep".

A bus stops at the bus station. It's 8:00 a. m. Mr. White looks out of the window and he sees a woman. The woman is selling hamburgers. People from other buses buy a lot. “The hamburgers must be very delicious,” Mr. White thinks. He also wants to buy one. He doesn't have breakfast at home in the morning. But the woman is far from his bus. And Mr. White doesn't want to go out.

Suddenly(突然), he sees a boy. He is not far from the bus. “Come here, boy!” Mr. White calls loudly to him. “Do you know how much are those hamburgers?” Mr. Smith asks the boy. “Five dollars for one, Sir,” the boy answers.

Mr. White gives ten dollars to the boy and asks him to buy two hamburgers. “One for me and the other is for you,” says Mr. White.

After five minutes, the boy comes back with one hamburger. He eats the hamburger and gives five dollars back to Mr. White. “Sir, I'm so sorry that there's only one left,” the boy says.

It's Sunday today. We getup (早). My parents don't have to go to work. We go to visit my grandparents because I  (思念) them very much. They live in a small(村庄). We get thereby(火车).
