Do you like playing sports? What's your favorite(最爱的) sport? My favorite sport is football. Football is also many young people's favorite sport. English people call it soccer. Soccer is quite different from American football. Do you know the difference(不同) between them?

A soccer ball is round, but an American football is oval, like an egg. Soccer teams have eleven players on the field. American football teams have forty players, but only eleven players on the field at one time.

In a soccer team, the goalkeeper(守门员) tries to stop(阻止) the ball from going into the goal. He's the only player to stop and pick up(捡起) the ball with hands. American football players can catch the ball with their hands. They can run with it and throw(扔) it to other players.

Both of them are very interesting. They can make you healthy and strong. 

I'm Lily. My grandmother is a kind person. She is 91 years old. She is from England, and she still lives there.

When she was about 70 years old. She always liked to cook her favorite food like Chicarrones. Every morning, she got up early. She liked to go to the market. She said that going shopping early in the morning is better. She could find fresh vegetables and fruit.

After that, she usually went to a small restaurant to have rice and milk for breakfast and then she came back home.

My grandmother is cute. She is nice to everybody. Now everything is different. She is in poor (虚弱的) health. She can't walk by herself, so she doesn't go out anymore. I would like to be with her, but I have to stay with my parents. I really miss her. That's all I know.

For drinks, juice and milk are healthy but Coke isn't healthy. Ice cream isn't good either. Healthy food can make us strong and happy.
