Our body needs energy to work. Where does energy from? It's from the food you eat every day. But it's not from one kind of food. It needs many different kinds of foods. To balance your diet, you should try to eat different foods. You are what you eat. For example, if you eat too much meat but little other foods, you will be fat. Jerry is ten years old. He has an e-friend. Her name is Sally. She lives in Sydney, Australia. She is twelve years old. She goes to primary school. There are four people in her family. Her father is a cook in a big restaurant. Her mother is a nurse in a hospital. Sally has a little brother, Mike. Mike is only three years old. He doesn't go to school.

    Do you love animals? Animals are people's friends. They live in the wild. But nowadays, many animals in the wild are in danger, such as African elephants, pandas and blue whales.
