I'm Li Qiang, a 12-year-old boy. I live with my parents and grandparents in the capital, Beijing. Here's how I spend a school day.

I get up at 6:30. My grandparents cook me breakfast. They came here to live with us ten months ago. After breakfast, I begin to walk to school at 7:15.It takes about 15 minutes. My school is an international school. There are many foreign students in it.

This year we study Chinese, English, history, art, music, geography, P.E. and soon. P.E. is my favorite. Classes begin at 8:45.We have four classes in the morning and two in the afternoon.

I have lunch at school. After lunch, our teachers want us to study in the classroom.

After school, I often walk home with some of my friends. Sometimes, we play basket-ball. On the way home, we chat and buy snacks.

I have dinner at 5:00 p.m. After dinner, I can watch a little TV. 1 like sports programmes.

At half past six, I begin to do my homework. Usually, I go to bed at 9:00 p. m.

We have twenty minutes' rest between classes. Look! Most of us are playing during the rest time. 16 students are on the playground. They are having a basketball game. Oh! A boy is running with a ball. And another is trying(尽力) to stop him. They are so cool. And there are 5 girls watching the game. Seven students are in the classroom. They are talking. A few of them are reading or doing homework. Look! A girl is looking at the birds in a tree in front of the classroom. She must be thinking of something interesting be-cause she is .smiling(微笑).

What arc the teachers doing? Do you know? Some of them are working in the office, and some arc talking with students. Everyone is busy with his or her things. Busy and happy!
