    My name is Tom. I'm a boy from England. I have healthy food every day.

    I often have bread and milk for breakfast at home. They are healthy. I love hamburgers, but I seldom(极少) eat them. They are not good for us. I eat my lunch at school. I eat rice with meat and vegetables. After it, I eat an apple. I like apples very much. For dinner, my mother cooks soup, fish and vegetables for us. I like vegetables because they can make me stay healthy.

    Before I go to bed, I drink a cup of milk. It's good for sleep(睡眠). I also drink lots of water in the day. It's very important for me. There are few calories(几乎没有卡路里) in water. So I'm not fat now.

    I'm Liu Yang. I'm a girl. I'm in Class 2, Grade 1. Liu Yang is my Chinese name. My English name is Kate. Li Ying is my good friend. She is in Class 4, Grade 1. Miss Zhang is my Chinese teacher, and Mr Li is my English teacher.

    It's Monday. Dale comes to school at 8:15 in the morning. He has geography at 8:30. He likes geography because he can know the world (世界) well through (通过) geography. Then he has English and music. At eleven, he has math. He doesn't like math because it's difficult. The math teacher is great, but his favorite teacher is his biology (生物) teacher, Mr. Smith. He is funny and his class is always interesting and easy. He has biology first on Monday afternoon. So, Dale likes Monday very much. After that he has history, and then classes are over.

    On weekdays, from Monday to Friday, Dale has lunch at 11:45. After school, Dale plays soccer in the playground (操场). Then he goes home. And on Saturday and Sunday, he always goes for a short trip with his family.

    This is my school. There are many trees and flowers in it. The classroom building(大楼) is big and high. There is a big playground in our school. Many students come to the playground to play football and ping-pong after 4:30 in the afternoon.

    There are 1,200 students in 25 classes in our school. The students all like study(学习). The teachers in our school are very good. They help the students to study and the students like them, too.

    There is a hill behind the school. There are some sheep, a dog, many birds and so on there. We like to go there and play after school, too.

    Mr and Mrs Smith like China very much and they are in China with their children.

    Mr Smith is 40 years old. He is a doctor at a big hospital in Beijing, China now. His wife, Mrs Smith is 35 years old. She is an English teacher in an international (国际的) school in Beijing.     I'm Huo Bin and I'm in Class 2, Mr Chen's class. He is from Hangzhou：He is an English teacher. My favourite day is Saturday. On that day,I can play taijiquan with my uncle Huo Ming. I like to play jianzi with my classmate JiaoZan too.

     Our school isn't very big, but it is very beautiful. There are a lot of trees in it. I'm in Class Two, Grade Seven. The walls of our classroom are white. There is a blackboard and some pictures on the wall. Our classroom is very clean(干净的). There are 45 students in my class. Mr. White is our English teacher. He is from England. I like English very much. Mr. White is very friendly(友好的) to us. He likes China and he learns(学习) Chinese now. He can speak some Chinese. My father and mother are English teachers, too. They often help me with my English. My

classmates(同学) are very friendly. We are all friends. We like our school.
