Exercise enough— but not too much. It's the best to exercise twice a week. Thirty minutes each time is enough. Try all kinds of sports until you find one, two or even three sports that feel right for you. You can exercise at fitness centers. They have a lot of equipment(设备)there. The equipment will help exercise your arms, legs and other parts of your body to make you healthy. Some people buy equipment for their homes. But it's very expensive.

As digital learning uses computers or smartphones, watching the screen too long may be bad for your eyes. It is better to take a rest every 20 minutes.

    English is the first language of several countries. However, it has many differences. British, American, and South African English are all spoken differently. In many English language courses, the British and American differences are taught. There are important differences between the two.

    Probably the biggest difference between American and British English is the vocabulary. Different words and expressions are used to talk about the same thing.     Baseball is a popular sport in the United States. The season runs from the end of March to October.

    I have been (感兴趣的)in baseball since I was 6 years old. I used to watch (大量) of baseball games with my family. But after I started high school. I could not go to the (体育场) in the city centre that often, because my studies made me very busy.

    Living in Los Angeles, I'm a (球迷)of the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. Last year, the Dodgers made the World Series(世界职业棒球大赛). They played (对阵)the Boston Red Sox. The Red Sox won two games and the Dodgers won one.

    The fourth game was on a Saturday afternoon and I was lucky (足够的) to get a ticket. The game started off slowly, as both teams wanted to (得分). The Dodgers played so well. But the Red Sox was even (更好的) and they won the game9-6. They became the winner of 2018 World Series in the (末尾).

    Watching my team come so (接近的) to the final winner but lose it was heartbreaking. I'm hoping to see the best of the Dodgers this season.

    When the baby koala leaves the pocket, he has much fur. He (climb) onto his mother's back. There he learns from his mother how to find food. Mrs koala is good mother. But when the baby is naughty (淘气的), she beats (he). The baby cries just as a small child does. If he keeps on crying, his mother beats again.

    The koala can't live without a special kind of tree. The tree is the (important) to the koala, because it gives him both home and food. For most of the day the koala sleeps in the tree. At night the koala looks food. He likes only the bark and the leaves of the tree. He eats nothing else. He eats more than two pounds each night.

    I like the koala best, because I think a cute animal the koala is! In the future I want (go) to Australia to see the real koala.
