But it also has a problem. The Crown of Thorns starfish live all along the Great Barrier Reef and feed on corals. Sometimes, the population of these starfish in an area can grow quickly, and they eat the coral faster than it can grow and reproduce.     I taught high school for years and had the joy of knowing many wonderful kids. One student, Scott Wood, was especially close to my heart. What I taught was Creative Writing.
